I'm sure that most of you don't have Jello Shots on the top of your mind on a Sunday morning, but it's a drastically different story here in New Orleans. Since Thursday night, the city has transformed itself into a full-out party. With that said, I'm pretty sure that 75% of the people along the parade route are totally hammered right now. My reaction? Contribute to their intoxication with *fancy* jello shots inspired by craft cocktails and even more alcohol.
